This Strawberries & Cream Mocktail is perfect for a girl’s night at home or a summer BBQ!


Ingredients

For the Strawberry Simple Syrup

  • 2/3 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 cup raspberries (or just use 1 cup strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

For the Mocktail


Instructions

  1. Make the simple syrup. Add strawberries, raspberries, sugar, and water to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 20-30 minutes, then transfer to a blender. Blend the ingredients until smooth, then pour through a fine mesh sieve. Let cool to room temperature or refrigerator before making the mocktail.
  2. Make the mocktail. To a cocktail shaker, add in simple syrup, lemon juice, cream, and ice. Cover and shake well. Strain into two glasses.
  3. Top with sparkling water. Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water, then top with some fresh raspberries and enjoy!
