CHICKEN NUGGET SALAD SERIES PT 1

I love to cook, but sometimes cooking protein is my LEAST FAVORITE thing to do in the kitchen. The cleanup is a mess, it makes my whole apartment smell, it takes too long. So, Chicken Nuggiez to the rescue.

I’ve been adding these chicken nuggets I bought at Costco to salads so I decided to make a Chicken Nugget Salad Series for the days you don’t have more than 15 minutes to put together dinner.

First-time Costco members so obvi we had a celebratory sesh in the parking lot.

I kinda ruined dinner 🫠

This was supposed to be a French onion pot roast but I accidentally grabbed the wrong cut of meat so now it’s a braised tri tip and it was like, OKAY, but not nearly as good as it should have been.

I need a do-over.
